Established in 2023, Be Cebu (Brilliant Cebu English Academy) is a large-scale, fully integrated English school located on Mactan Island, just 20 minutes from Cebu International Airport.
The school features its own 7-story building with classrooms, dormitories, cafeteria, gym, and convenience store all under one roof.
